This new generation super car has big shoes to fill as the successor of the all time Lamborghini best seller. Automobili Lamborghini made sure it will never fall short of expectations as it adds the open air riding experience with its soft top to the Coupe’s design, excellent handling, and unwavering performance.

The Gallardo Spyder borrows its engine from the coupe version utilizing a V10 5.2L engine that is capable of roaring to 560 horse power and more than 380 lb ft. torque on all of its wheels. One can feel the rush as the speed demon can blaze from 0 to 60 mph in just 4 seconds and can leave anyone’s soul behind at its top speed of 201 miles per hour.

The Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder prides itself with permanent 4-wheel drive system, redesigned body, and suspension. These are paired with a new technology transmission which permits shift times by as much as 40 percent. Despite these upgrades, the new Spyder has 18% lower carbon dioxide emission and fuel consumption.

The LP560-4 tag is not designed to confuse anyone. The 560 refers to the horse power while the 4 signifies the all-wheel drive system. This also anticipates the release of the rear wheel drive version to have a tag ending in 2.

The new Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder is the best of the best of the Lamborghini production and marks its position as a major contributor to the success of the super car brand.
