Great program. Thankfully the true muscle cars and classic cars are not candidates for this part of the stimulas package.
I have seen another trend also coming about in this economy, and that is keeping and repairing your old vehicle.
It has been shown that it is cheaper overall to keep your old vehicle up and rolling. With the sales tax, increased insurance and monthly payments, buying a new vehicle can really add up.
