Now that 2010 is here, it seems like we are constantly looking toward the future. 2011 is almost right around the corner and that is what we are going to focus on when we talk about cars! The brand new, 2011 Lincoln MKX actually rolled out at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show just a few weeks ago and I can tell you for sure that this particular crossover is beautiful!
The 2011 Lincoln MKX Crossover has actually has gone through the biggest amount of updates and it will definitely be one of the most luxurious cross-over vehicles that is coming out. The biggest update in this particular crossover though is the technology that is packed inside.
There is going to be MyLincoln technology, which means that a touchscreen as well as a five-way controller is all going to be in there … meaning you can control everything right from the touchscreen! Pretty cool if you ask me!

The beautiful poker player slash genius Vanessa Rousso has just fulfilled one of her life-time dreams by buying a gorgeous yellow Lamborhini Gallardo. Obviously I’m a huge fan of the Gallardo (as it is a true supercar!) – but I’m also a fan of Miss. Rousso.
What a killer combination!
Happy 2010 to everyone, including Vanessa if she ever ends up reading this blog!

Oh man. Be still my beating heart, but so help me, I am so in love with this car. I don’t even know if I can call it a “dream car,” because I am not even sure I could come up with something so sleek and streamlined and somehow futuristic in my dreams.
You need to keep it hush hush, it has not been officially unveiled yet, but this is the Peugeot SR1 concept, and it is my dream car (well … it is my dream car of the week, but what can I say? I am a girl, it is my prerogative to change my mind on a dime).
Anyway, I love the lines and curves of this car. I love the way the grille and front make it look like it is speeding down the highway even when it is standing still. And bravo for whoever decided to spill the beans using a silver model, because it looks like quicksilver, capable of hitting triple digit speeds in like two seconds flat.
Funke & Will is a German automaker, specializing in specialty sports cars. Why is that important? Because of the Yes! Roadster 3.2 that you see here. Can you say purrrr? I mean, hello. This is like a delicious five course meal on four wheels, y’all. It is like sex on the street. It is just sexilicious!
It is 3809 millimeters in length, 1804 millimeters in width, and it weights 890 kilograms. The engine? A mid mounted 3.2 liter V6 with 255 horsepower. God, it just gets better and better and better and better.
This just about goes beyond the bounds of being a mere sports car, you know what I mean? You can pretty much tell it’s a German car, the design is so sleek and timed to perfection, and even through the photograph you can hear it throbbing along the Autobahn.

This is one car that does not look like a BMW. To me — BMW is a very status type of car and in general, they look old. This is anything but old and you are probably wondering exactly what this car is. Well, it is the G-Power Typhoon X6 M. This beautiful car is not only awesome looking but it is actually one car that can go super fast — thanks to the design of it.
The G-Power Typhoon X6 M was designed with 15% increased airflow to the intercoolers, so that means that this little car’s torque is absolutely incredible. It can get up to about 62 miles per hour in about four and a half seconds. That is saying something right there!
If you want a fast car that also has the BMW stamp of approval on it, the G-Power Typhoon X6 M is definitely the car for you peeps!

I know that in this blog, we generally talk about some of the hottest cars on the market and those are usually my dream car – however, this time it is a little different. My dream car this week is a limousine. It is not just ANY limousine either, it is the Ferrari 360 Carbon Fiber Limo. This is actually one hot limousine.
Not only is it fashion-forward, but it is sexy, sporty and certainly sleek and chic. No matter if you are a man or a woman, I can promise that you want to drive around in this particular limousine. Not only is the Ferrari 360 Carbon Fiber Limo one hip car but it looks awesome!
Bad news? It’s a UK car – no plans for bringing it to the states but hey, if you live in the UK, you can probably get the Ferrari 360 Carbon Fiber Limo!

In this blog we have went through everything from 2010 cars all the way to 2011 cars but one thing that we have not touched on is the antique car. To me – this is a car that is different and a car that is definitely on my dream car list.
Antique cars are classic, they are beautiful and there are only so many left and that is part of their appeal. I know that if I had an antique car, there is no way in hell I wouldn’t drive it around and show it off. Antique cars are so perfect and if you keep them restored, they are also worth a lot of money.
That is the cool thing about antique cars, you can get them restored or you can restore them to their natural luster and beauty and that is part of the appeal of these cars!

Purr, baby, purr, and genuflect, show some respect, for the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster. What a car, what a car, what a car — and what a match!
Definitely a range topping piece of work, the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster goes a long, long way towards proving that Mercedes Benz is definitely one of the rare auto manufacturers known for making a convertible in every possible shape and size you can possibly imagine. In fact it seems like they offer one for just about every size of car that it produces. Who doesn’t love that?
You may recognize some of the styling cues on the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster from the uber popular SLR racing cars that were so big in the 1950s.
All’s I can say is give me more, more, more!

So, I’ve been talking a lot about dream cars that are gorgeous but reserved for only the ultra-elite … if they’re already on the waiting list. Cars that are gorgeous but for all practical purposes totally unattainable. But the Corvette is a dream car that you can actually have.
There are some people who criticize the Corvette for the lack of options available from the dealer. But come on, people! This car is designed to compete with supercars costing 2 to 3 times as much, at least. Your Ferrari or Maserati doesn’t come with the choice of options – it is what it is – a purist’s vehicle, a dream car. The Corvette
comes from the factory as a high-performance vehicle. When you buy a Corvette, you know you’re getting more than just a vehicle with a big engine and a loud exhaust–you’re getting an engineering masterpiece. That is what makes it a dream car.
Part of the beauty of that engineering masterpiece is that you can enjoy it from the factory, or you can personalize it to suit your tastes with the variety of aftermarket options available. Yes, the Corvette is already a dream car – but products for owners interested in Corvette tuning for the track or street, or suspension products to help improve on its already amazing performance, are readily available.
So unlike the Murcielago’s of this world, it’s nice to know that a Corvette might be a dream car you might one day wake to admire sitting in your garage under a Corvette cover. Or pick yourself up a C6 ZR1 and have yourself a supercar without the moths flying out of your wallet – really, the choice is up to you if you have over $100K to spend!
While my dream cars might be a little strange – I have to say that they are all unique and you can’t really find them anywhere. That goes for the Daihatsu Basket. This is actually a concept car and I have to say that it looks absolutely beautiful … and small! This little car actually looks like you could pick it up and take it with you to a picnic – however, you can’t.
The Daihatsu Basket is actually a pick-up truck and it can pack up a lot of stuff – for such a little car. Personally, I love this little car – I think that it is about time that they come out with a pick-up truck that is small and cute.
Next time you are looking for a mini car – why not take a look at the Daihatsu Basket!
